China (Shanghai) International Steel Trade Expo 2008 will gain the support of more than 200 professional medias home and abroad together with steel industry associations, trade promotion bureaus, commercial departments. 1£®The 2008 Expo Registration Forms are ready and will be sent on request. It is also available at the specially registered http://www.metal1986.com/English
2£®Any potential exhibitor once has made its decision to participate in this expo, please submit completed Registration Form with official stamp to the organizer.
3£®Remit the full payment of the booked booth or raw space into the bank account designated by the organizer in 7 working days after submitting your Registration Forms.
4£®Upon receipt of both the Registration Forms and related fee, the organizer will give the exhibitor a copy of recognition letter to confirm his participation.
5£®The allocation of booth is based on the principle of ¡°first come, first serve.¡± Therefore, please submit your Registration Form and remit your participation fee at your earliest convenient time.
6£®Information regarding travel, traffic, accommodation, exhibits shipment, moving, etc. is defined in the exhibitor manual. The organizer will mail or e-mail it to each exhibitor for their reference on time before the opening of this event.

Attention
1. All of the orders will be confirmed after fund is in place
2. We will make scene orders according to the warehouse that Yizhan can provide. If there is no enough time or equipment, we will not accept exhibitors¡¯ leasing requirements.
3. There will be extra 50% emergency fees on scene orders if you are beyond the scheduled deadline.
4. Rent withdrawn will cost 50% of the rental costs.
5. 100% transfer fee is necessary if you transfer the equipments including electrical boxes which pavilion provide.
6. The Deposit will refund to your bank account within one month after the end of the expo.
7. In the standard booth, lighting equipment (including light boxes) is forbidden on the socket. Exhibitors who need lighting power should ask for the organizer.
